Panel Forums
The review of
the Canada Transportation Act (CTA) is well underway with the
issuance of a call letter seeking written submissions on matters within the
Review’s mandate. The Panel has invited interested parties to submit their
views, comments or proposals on the Act and other legislation related to the
economic regulation of modes of transportation in Canada.
In order to
provide the broadest possible spectrum of opportunities for all interested
parties to raise their concerns and offer their perspectives on the issues
within the Panel’s mandate, a number of consultation meetings and forums
will be held in all provinces and territories.

parties wishing to make a verbal presentation at a forum are invited to
